Please be advised that when a voucher booking is made, we only receive the name of the guest and no additional contact details. Consequently, we are unable to confirm your booking, request an approximate arrival time, or inquire if the occasion is special. We have also encountered challenges with voucher holders wishing to cancel or modify reservation dates.
We understand this can be frustrating for those who have booked through a voucher, as we often receive inquiries about booking confirmations, adding breakfast, or extending their stay. For instance, when receiving a booking from the likes of Booking.com or Hotels.com via a voucher agent, the guest may wish to add extra nights; however, availability may be limited due to stay restrictions during certain periods. If you have made a voucher booking and wish to extend your stay, please reach out to us directly.
While we appreciate and welcome voucher bookings, it is important to understand that we have no direct affiliation with the voucher agent. The agent simply facilitates the booking through one our affiliated sites mentioned above.
Swimming Pool. . .
Regarding amenities, please note that we do not have a swimming pool on our premises as suggested on some booking sites. However, there is access to a pool just a short walk away at The Riviera Centre or within the Aztec Spa of the TLH leisure group, which is open to non-resident guests, though we recommend making a reservation.
Giving or receiving an accommodation voucher is an excellent gift idea, and we welcome all bookings made this way. However, please be mindful of the limitations discussed above when making a voucher reservation.
